EasyMeasure – Camera Ruler App Reviews

Needed a program to measure to within 5% accuracy. Was really surprised when I calibrated the program with my iPad and found the accuracy below 1%! Everything I hoped for in a measurement program and it can even save a picture of the measurements! Great stuff! Now I will be able to measure my bosses big mouth! :)

Works great, just like it was mentioned accuracy with in 6". Just a little sensitive hard toke steady.

In the description is says it can be used to measure your friends height.. I tried but I cant unless I pay for it. I hate apps that have features in their descriptions that they dont have.

The instructions say to align the object to the baseline. I see a grid, but I dont know if the baseline is one of those lines. Also, it says to point the camera to the base of the object, but I dont really see where the camera is pointing. I see the image in my camera, but no way to tell the baseline. I guess it would work great if I understood how to use it.

Product does what is advertised and does a good job of it.

The App only lets you measure the distance to the base of an object which is on the same level as you are; you have to pay $1.99 to supposedly be able to measure other dimensions (height, etc) but there is NO trial version of these features provided, so I cant even say how well they would work.

Works well to determine distances between boats in anchorages.

Works well enough for educated guesses.

Now I dont need to pack a measuring tape!

Handy

It is as accurate as it can be with this type of technology. Remember your only using a camera designed for taking photos, not a laser measuring device. Therefor its a good tool for average measurements. Cute.

This app used to work but since the updates it is now crap. It tells me that an object 25 feet away is over 200 feet away and this is with it calibrated properly using a level for perfectly level horizontal and vertical surfaces.

This is an incredibly convenient app that uses technology that I never thought possible on the iPod/iPhone!

What more can I say.

The measure chance too much, we need exact measurement from one wall to another so it measure the length and width of a room and exact distance to an abject that we want

Awesome app for golfers

Does not give accurate or consistent measurements.

A bit of learning curve but manageable.

Slick idea - comes in handy.
