Use it all the time

Without the paid version, all you can do is measure horizontal distance from you. Nearly every other free app I already used does that. That said, this app is neither intuitive, nor did it appear at all accurate when I was even trying out the basic functions. I’m removing it from my phone

I just measured a 40’ distance, this worthless app said it was 12’. I then measured my 16’ kayak, it said it was 24’. I’ll go and buy a tape measure.

When I first got this app it asked for me to watch ADDS to use it, and it is really difficult to use. SO FRUSTRATING!!!! If you are going to make a measurement app DO IT RIGHT!!!!! Add instructions on how to easily use it… and DONT ADD NO STINKING ADDS!!!! 😡😤

I tried to measure my hand for a pair of gloves and the silly thing wouldn’t work it’s simply a pain in the butt to use..it should simply have a start and stop button not all the junk it has which doesn’t work for every day items ..sure I guess you might be able to measure part of a wall but forget anything that’s not solid and the only item in the picture

Downloaded the app to measure a tree. It wasn’t able to locate the highest branch. No use at all. I want my money back.

Just started using this app and i can see multiple uses for it already.

I started using this application while on a trip to Salt Lake City, Utah. I was trying to locate a gravesite to do family history, and had approximate measurements from the curator at the cemetery so I went to a common point, and use this to measure that distance, and it was spot on. I highly recommend this tool for use.

Navigation within the app is constantly interrupted with ads. Navigation is not intuitive. Be careful to hold the camera lens at the exact height that was first input during calibration or else measurement will be significantly off. I generally found it frustrating to use.

I got this app to measure the height of my mast from about 25’ away. I was really just looking for an angle calculator to help me find the distance. But sadly, the app doesn’t work unless there’s a horizon. I instead tried to measure the dimensions of my sailboat interior instead, only to find that it kept shorting the measurements against known distances. Maybe I’m just using it wrong, but I don’t think I am. I watched the tutorial twice. In the end, the app is unintuitive and is very restricted on what it can do accurately. They got my money, so a loss is a loss. I’m not using it again.

So far so good, I’ve tried it on my garage door now I’m getting ready to go out and check out some rocks.

So far seems accurate. Key is knowing the height of the camera. Once you can a good reference then pretty straightforward.

The instructions are vague and confusing. Simple length and width measurements are near impossible to complete quickly and directly. Buy a mechanical tape measure and save money along with aggravation!
